Water Bottle Cover

Even though I haven’t posted for more than a year, doesn’t mean I haven’t been crafting. I just haven’t been posting. Perhaps I will do a catch-up post. That will be food another day.

The project that brought me back is a water bottle cover requested by my daughter. A work colleague of hers uses an identical bottle, hence the request – something to distinguish hers.

I  had some 4 ply wool from Bendigo Woolen Mills in Wild Barley. I used my 2.75 mm 20 cm and 30 cm circular needles by Addi, I love the feel of these needles, but it just depends on what mood I am in as I use them just as often as double pointed needles.

Who am I? I am different things to different people. I am a poet, a visual artist, a sculptor of found objects, and a writer. I am a bookkeeper, an office manager, an administrator and software support consultant, even a short-order cook and barista. I am a parent, a grandparent, a sibling, a cousin and a friend. I am a traveller, a technophile, a philosopher and a student of all things.
